We provide the most comprehensive and extensive technical support to our customers on the use of our services.

What is Testing and Balancing of HVAC System?

The Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing process is a quality control and verification process of the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning System. The process insures that the air and water volumes reach their intended outlets as designed by the engineer. We also adjust the building fans and pumps to operate at their peak efficiency.

Why Is Duct Leakage Important?

Leaks in forced air duct systems are now recognized as a major source of energy waste in both new and existing buildings. Studies indicate that duct leakage can account for as much as 25% of total building energy loss, and in many cases has a greater impact on energy use than air infiltration through the building shell. Just as important, duct leakage can prevent heating and cooling systems from doing their job properly, resulting in hot or cold rooms, and humidity problems. Worse yet, duct leaks can create air quality problems by pulling pollutants and irritants directly into the buildings.

Why VFD system is must to install in staircase?

All the high rise buildings required to maintain certain pressures during variable door openings. Upon opening of each doors our sensors will sense and change the fan frequency accordingly to maintain the designed pressures in line with QCDD and NFPA standard.

Is your company eligible to test the ventilation system & attend QCDD inspection?

Yes, We are third party to test & certify the ventilation system for commercial & residential buildings and we are specialist to attend the QCDD inspections.

Why is HVAC maintenance important?

Yes, HVAC maintenance is necessary in order to maintain the HVAC system’s high efficiency, prolong the life of the HVAC equipment, maintain high indoor air quality and reduce constant expensive repairs on the HVAC equipment.

Is duct cleaning really necessary?

Yes, Duct systems are a major source of indoor air pollution airborne. contaminants are pulled into the ducts every time the heating and cooling system runs over time.According to the American College of Allergists 50% of all illnesses are either caused by polluted indoor air.
